Service Description

Great coaching sessions often happen over the phone! Great if you are unable to travel to meet up. Ideally clients should take 15 minutes to 'clear their minds' ahead of each session and consider what they want from it. An opportunity to focus on themselves! Follow up with a 15 minute ' downtime' to consider what has been achieved and what is next. Prices are per session. Great if you're unsure of how many sessions you will need or want a quick follow up or 'check in'. Packages available too.
